Delivery

Cancellations and returns
Consumer distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions. To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@suurkeittiölaitteet.fi with your name, order number, products and receipt date. Customer service will provide return instructions. Return costs and refunds are governed by the information provided before purchase and mandatory law. Business customers’ cancellations and returns are agreed separately in writing.
